Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please provide your order number or a copy of your receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process 
  1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email or phone (details available on our website)
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to us without a RAN, as it may not be processed.
  3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation. Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 Business Days.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
